Pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS) Berbasis Smartphone Hari Ke 4 TP. 2021/2022

BERASTAGI – SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS) tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dilaksanakan berbasis Android/Smartphone. Pelaksanaan Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS) Hari ke 4 pada Kamis, 21 April 2022 di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka ada pemandangan berbeda. Tampak terlihat di seluruh ruangan pelaksanaan ujian, para pelajar tampak serius di hadapan smartphone mereka. Bukan sedang berselancar di dunia maya, namun mereka tampak serius mengerjakan soal-soal pilihan berganda melalui ponsel genggamnya. Secara teknis, ujian kali ini tidak memiliki perbedaan mencolok dengan ujian konvensional lainnya. Namun yang membedakan hanya media yang digunakan untuk mengerjakan soal, yaitu menggunakan smartphone.

Telah terlaksana ujian akhir sekolah (UAS) Berbasis Smartphone di SMKN 1 Merdeka, Ujian berlangsung dari pukul 08.00 -11.45 WIB. Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS) dilaksanakan di 16 ruang yang telah disediakan oleh panitia UAS 2022. Seluruh siswa/i kelas XII mengikuti ujian dan diawasi oleh 2 orang pengawas di setiap ruangan.

Sebanyak 20 siswa per kelas selama enam hari ke depan akan mengikuti Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS)  dengan berbasis smartphone dan menggunakan data internet masing-masing siswa. Ketua panitia Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS), Sastria Ginting, S.Pd menjelaskan bahwa “Ujian berbasis smartphone pertama kalinya dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Merdeka, tahun sebelumnya masih ujian secara manual tepatnya pada saat sekolah melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar (PBM) secara daring i berlaku new normal pandemic covid 19”.

“Ujian akhir sekolah berbasis smartphone ini tentu menghemat biaya dan waktu baik guru maupun Sekolah  dalam mengelola hasil ujian. Kami memanfaatkan fitur google formulir (G-Form) yang terdapat pada drive gmail.com, melalui fitur google formulir ini akan memudahkan dalam pelaksanaan dan pemerosesan hasil ujian. Guru mata pelajaran akan segera mendapat hasil ujian dan menentukan tindak lanjutnya,” ujar Bapak Sastria Ginting.
